R.I.P. BRITTANY MURPHY
Actress Brittany Murphy dies at 32. TMZ is reporting the tragic news that early Sunday morning, the star had passed away from a cardiac arrest. Brittany's husband, Simon Monjack made the 911 call from their Los Angeles home and soon after she was taken to Cedars-Sinai and was pronounced dead on arrival.
I had the privilege in knowing her and she was the kindest most genuine girl who loved to laugh. My prayers and thoughts go out to her family and friends. This is a true loss!
JOHN TRAVOLTA'S SON JETT TRAVOLTA DIES.
The son of John Travolta and Kelly Preston died recently after allegedly having a seizure and falling in the tub. Jett, 16, has a history of seizures and has been rumored to have suffered from autism. A rumor that the Travolta's denied, of course, because of them being devout Scientologists.
So one might raise the question, could this have been prevented? Maybe if Jett was allowed to take medication for his seizures he wouldn't have had died so young.
Well Scientologists or not, this is very sad new and my heart goes out to John and his Family.
And not to take away from the sadness of it all, there is another interesting tidbit about this whole incident:
Jett was supposedly found by the family caretaker, Jeff Michael Kathrain, whom, if you go way back into time (August of 2006), is also the man who was "reported" to be John's lover. Hmmm.
MR. (WORST DRESSED) BLACKWELL DIES AT 86
The critic that coined the Worst Dressed ListMr. Blackwell died on Sunday in Los Angeles from an intestinal infection. He was 86.
